What happens if I already have some profile registered when I order?
We register the next best network based on Alexa Rank (a global directory of website popularity ranks) for your chosen industry. Alternatively, you can also leave us a comment with your order on preferred options from specific networks or categories.
How do you register profiles?
We have a few workflow processes to make things faster, but all registrations are done manually in-house. We don’t use any automated means & we don’t outsource the creation of profiles due to quality & liability concerns.
How long does it take profiles to be registered?
We aim to complete all orders within 48 hours of order placement & will notify you of any expected delays.
How are my registered social profiles delivered?
We deliver your social networks in a coma-delimited spreadsheet (.CSV) - ready for you to import into your favorite spreadsheet software. The CSV contains a full record of all your registered networks & passwords.
What email do you use to register profiles?
We generate a unique email on which forwards all emails to your designated contact email. Alternatively, we can use one of your own email accounts if you provide the details to access it.
How do you select passwords for social networks?
All passwords are randomly generated for each network using best practices (length/upper/lower/number/symbol) - After delivering your order, registration details are kept for 90 days in a secure password protected keychain & automatically deleted after this time.
Are there any circumstances you will not register a brand name?
We won’t complete an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe it will be infringing the copyright of another brand or the name is extremely inappropriate. In any case, we will be in contact with you to express our concerns before we make a decision.
Can you reserve specific networks or do bulk orders/discounts?
